Safety first: plant suggestions and community records can be wrong. Never eat, treat illness with, or handle an unknown plant based only on this app.

Signing in

Use Sign in with Apple or your email address. If an email link does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that the address was typed correctly. Sign-in links expire for your protection.

Camera and photographs

On iPhone, open Settings → Apps → My Plant Logbook and allow Camera and Photos. In a web browser, use the camera icon beside the address bar to review permission. You can always choose an existing photograph instead.

Cloud sync

Confirm that you are signed into the same account and connected to the internet. Open Account and choose Refresh sync. Entries already saved on the device remain available while a connection is restored.

Privacy and community sharing

Plant entries are private unless you switch on Share with the community. Personal notes and exact location text are not included in community results. Use only a broad public area such as “Oslo region.”

Delete an entry or account

Open an entry and use Delete to remove it. To permanently remove your cloud account and its photographs, open Account → Delete account and confirm.

Contact support

A public support contact will be added here before the App Store release. Until then, signed-in testing feedback can be reported to the app owner directly.
